Better heart health

Good heart health is one of the main keys to a good life. In qigong theory, there are a number of ways to promote heart health, and the current season – from late April until early June – are optimum weeks for giving your heart qi a healthy boost.

How to improve your heart chi:

  • Make big expansive movements in your qigong practise
  • Get your arms above your head
  • twist the wrists when you move
  • Tap and stroke from your heart down your arms
  • Eat some red berries
  • Connect with something that you love or that brings you joy
  • Be creative, join team sports or sing.
