Good heart health is one of the main keys to a good life. In qigong theory, there are a number of ways to promote heart health, and the current season – from late April until early June – are optimum weeks for giving your heart qi a healthy boost.

How to improve your heart chi:
- Make big expansive movements in your qigong practise
- Get your arms above your head
- twist the wrists when you move
- Tap and stroke from your heart down your arms
- Eat some red berries
- Connect with something that you love or that brings you joy
- Be creative, join team sports or sing.
