Join Our New Online Qigong Classes for 2026

New year, new online qigong classes! Our online community is growing at Vitality Qigong. More people seem to be finding online classes work for them from an accessibility and inclusivity perspective – particularly if they have health conditions or accessibility needs. Live online qigong also works if you can’t find a qigong teacher near you or are short on time – online qigong classes mean it’s easy to practice your mindful movement more often.

I’m now running 5 weekly classes online, so there’s a choice of mindful exercise classes for you which are varied in length and movement. I’m still running the popular seasonal qigong class online Wednesdays 12pm – 12.40pm where we move through the TCM Seasons of Winter, Spring, Summer, Late Summer and Autumn with a focus on different areas of our health throughout the year.

I’m continuing with the successful LGBTQIA+ class Tuesdays 11am – 11.50am. This class is often full and has a waitlist, but please message me to put your name down and we hope to invite you when there’s space in our friendly community. We often stay on after class for a chat and to share a joke.

Shibashi Set 1 on Fridays at 9.30am is for the more experienced qigongers looking to do this varied and effective all around meridian workout together regularly, with less teaching and more silence than the other classes.

And, not forgetting the new qigong classes for 2026. On Mondays at 9.30am – 10am, we have the renowned 8 Brocades set. This short set is proably the most studied qigong set for it’s excellent health benefits. I particularly like it for getting rid of tightness and feeling strong and empowered.

On Fridays, I’ve added in Silk Reeling at 10.15am – 11am for a lovely, gentle relaxation practice that is likely to leave you feeling very chilled and in flow.

Spaces are limited, so get in touch soon to make sure you claim your spot for some extra mindfulness in 2026. Classes are designed to help boost your physical and mental health.
